Gymnastic conditioning:
12 burpees at 2′ mark perform 2-4 bar mu
12 burpees at 4′ mark perform 4-6 bar mu
12 burpees at 6′ mark perform 6-8 bar mu
12 burpees at 8′ mark perform 4-6 bar mu
12 burpees at 10′ mark perform 2-4 bar mu
* Scale the bar mu with banded mu or c2b x2
Workout:

12 hang power clean @42,5/30
6 box jumps over
12 Bb front rack lunges
6 box jumps over
*Add 2 box jumps over after every round
