3 Position squat clean
Every 90″ for 5 sets:
high hang+ hang+ floor
start @60% 1rm and increase the weight after each set
Workout:
Amrap 4′ for 3 sets
2 power clean
2 front squat
2 push press
2 lateral Bb burpees
rest 2′ in between
